Terms of use
These terms explain the rules for using Tasca da Bila. By using the platform, you agree to these rules.
The project
Tasca da Bila is a free, personal, non-commercial project for playing with friends. Games are recreational: the platform does not organise betting, payments or cash prizes.
Access and accounts
You can play as a guest or create an account to use the available features. Choose an appropriate name, use an email address you control and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others or share access to your account.
Respect and fair play
Respect other players. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, sharing other people’s personal data and illegal content are not allowed. Do not use tools to gain unfair advantages, exploit faults or harm the platform. We may restrict or suspend access in cases of abuse; you can contact us to discuss the situation.
Tables and spectators
Respect table access settings and the decisions of those managing them. Spectators can follow the game and read chat, without playing or sending messages. Do not bypass passwords or access restrictions, or share private table credentials without permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform working, but maintenance, interruptions and errors can occur. A failure or restart may interrupt games and affect results not yet saved. Continuous availability or error-free results are not guaranteed. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Content and privacy
Respect the rights covering code, images, fonts and other content. Third-party licences and attributions are listed on the credits page. Personal data processing, cookies and your privacy choices are explained in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform; this page shows the date of the latest update. For questions, problems or concerns about account access, contact [email protected].
